We use Salesflare obviously. I don’t spend any time updating it. We have tons of trials and customers and it's fully automated. It pulls in company information, emails, email open tracking, website tracking, the opportunity stage changes, and the creation of accounts and contacts. It is something you will not really find in other CRM systems and it is why we built it. Usually salespeople spend a lot of time updating their CRM and that’s not what they should be doing. They should be spending time talking to customers--they get really frustrated from spending their time on a computer--and Salesflare solves that.
