Boomerang is interesting. We use it through myself and the sales team. When you’re dealing with a lot of inbound and outbound emails, it can be helpful for reminders. Calendly is super easy for giving prospects the autonomy to set up calls based off what works for you both.

Calendly is easy to use. I would like it to be a bit more connected to multiple calendars. I use work and private calendars and I wish it would automatically block those slots. I think it's a shame that Sunrise isn’t around anymore. It was a desktop app that put slots in your email and allowed someone to select a slot.

We use Calendly for external calls or interviews with customers and users.
Founder & CEO - Postman
We love Calendly. It’s simple and does exactly what we need it to do!

Calendly works really well for scheduling meetings. The only slight issue is that people sometimes get confused about time zones.
Co-founder & CTO - Factmata
When we have a lead that comes in, we use Calendly to show our availability and automate it in a way.

Calendly works really well for our sales team.
Co-founder & CEO - inDinero
We were using Calendly, but now more tools like AngelList and HubSpot have similar functionalities integrated in them so we don’t need it anymore.
CEO - Hive
I love Calendly--it is my number one time saver.
Co-founder & CEO - SalesWings
We have been using Calendly for a while--it’s a fellow Canadian company. They have a really great SaaS model. The basic features are really good, but you have to pay to unlock certain types of meetings and it makes it profitable for them.
Co-founder & CEO - MuseFind
They have been fixing Calendly recently, so it has improved. I wish there were better integrations with multiple calendars and multiple accounts. Overall, the pricing and time model has improved.
Founder & CEO - FoodTrace
We use Calendly, but only for the Sales team as it is somewhat expensive for the benefit one gets without having a few (external) meetings per day. It’s too big of a tool for other people in the team. Everyone else is on Google Calendar. We also organize all internal meetings via Google Calendar.
Co-founder - Flexpat
Our sales team uses Calendly to schedule client meetings. I don’t personally use it because I prefer to have total control of my calendar.

I use Calendly sometimes, but generally I arrange my own scheduling.
Co-founder & CEO - Edquity
Calendly is great. It works very well when people want to reach you, not so much when you are trying to get a hold of them.
Founder & CEO - Open Collective
The free version of Calendly is working well for us.
Founder & CEO - Planify
We use Calendly to schedule meetings with people outside the company. Customer support also uses it. It reduces the hassle of scheduling. I love the time feature that they introduced last year. It’s good because people cannot just go on my calendar and book me at any time, I can set it so that I get a couple of days notice.
VP of Technology - Gust
Some people within the company use Calendly, but it is not the standard.

We use Calendly to arrange meetings with prospective clients.

I tried Calendly but I still like to work out a meeting manually because I feel that people have not caught up to it and prefer an in-person interaction.
Co-founder & CEO - Moesif
We use Calendly but each person has his/her own account.

Calendly is definitely good, but it does not seem to integrate with more than one calendar.

Co-founder & CEO - Student Loan Hero
We’ve used Calendly to set up meetings. It does what it’s supposed to do. It’s a cut and dry tool so there’s not a lot of ambiguity to it. When I used to use it, there was one thing that was annoying about it. There was no way to ask the user to leave their phone number which seems like a big flaw. So if you’re trying to set up a sales meeting, being reliant on the customer calling you was a big flaw.
Founder & Head of Engineering - Opentest
We use Calendly for all of our appointment scheduling. I’ve known the team behind it for several years now. They have an on-point scheduling tool. Calendly just came out with a team option so it can schedule with your team members to distribute meetings between sales or support, and syncs with your Google calendar. It’s super simple for first time users to use. Calendly is a ridiculous time saver; we probably save 10 hours a week using it. It’s all we need for appointment setting.
Founder & Managing Director - StartupRunner
We leave Calendly in our email signatures to make it easy for anyone to book us for a meeting. Less friction leads to more meetings.
Founder - TouchPoints
Calendly is a great tool for those who don’t want to bother with scheduling. It effectively manages meeting requests in a simple way.

Founder & CEO - Gigwell
Instead of sending emails back and forth to schedule a meeting, you can just send your schedule to others via a Calendly link. It’s a great platform. But everyone has to make money at the end of the day. So if you have an invite and someone makes an update, it’s not shared with everyone else in the invite unless you have the paid version. In the free version, updates are only on your calendar.
Founder & CEO - Oktopost
I do all of my scheduling through Calendly. I’ve alone probably gotten about 100 people to start using it because anytime I use it, the person I’m scheduling with falls in love with it too. It has saved me so many hours in my work life, and I’ve started experimenting with using it in my personal life as well.
Managing Director - Impact Hub NYC
We obsessively use Calendly for scheduling. It is awesome!
Founding Partner, Chief Product Officer - Reboot
Calendly is used to allow people to schedule calls and meetings directly into my calendar. It’s really smooth, and it has the best interface of all scheduling platforms. For people like me, with many different roles, it allows me to split up my calendar and block off different days for my different roles. For example, if I’m doing sales on Thursdays and Fridays, I can have a specific link for just sales calls, only on Thursdays and Fridays. It allows you to block off different days for different roles, and allows you to easily customize your constraints.
