Boomerang is interesting. We use it through myself and the sales team. When you’re dealing with a lot of inbound and outbound emails, it can be helpful for reminders. Calendly is super easy for giving prospects the autonomy to set up calls based off what works for you both.

Boomerang evaluates how on target is an email that you send. It also allows you to repost the email that weren’t opened by the recipient. It takes important messages out of my inbox until I actually need them and schedules to show them at the right time as unread in my email box.

A lot of us have moved all of our emails to Slack. My partner, the CEO, is very much a Gmail addict and uses Boomerang. We’ve used Email Hunter in the past as well.

I use Boomerang for every single email. Anything that goes to a client comes back to me and it’s awesome. It’s one of the best things I use. There are similar tools I’ve tried, like FollowUp, which I didn’t like because you had to enter the client’s email address in BCC, rather than add them in. When I started my career, I was cold calling. I became obsessed with what techniques made someone follow up the most. Boomerang has this new thing where you can see the likelihood they’ll respond - or the respondability. It’s so smart. AI is taking over. It’s now affecting how I write emails to people.

Boomerang integrates well with Gmail. You do not want your emails to get buried on your inbox - so Boomerang allows you to activate a snooze function on the emails that you have to reply to, if you want to do it at a later time. If I send you an email and I want to make sure you respond, I can set up a reminder to check on it later.

Not everyone in the company, but some people use Boomerang. I personally do not.

I love Boomerang. The feature that allows you schedule emails to be sent at a later moment is really great.

We use Boomerang as required for our outreach. However we are trying to move away from the inbox and have our emails processed through Salesforce so we can prioritize and keep a line of sight on all communications including commitments and required follow up.

Boomerang is quite handy, especially during certain phases of building a company. For example, when you’re in the beginning stages and working all the time, but don’t want to send out emails at 2:30am, you can use Boomerang to schedule them to go out at normal business hours.

This is the one tool I couldn't live without. It’s a Gmail plugin that enables you to schedule emails to be sent and received later, and sends you follow-up reminders when you need them. I am addicted, and it’s insanely helpful for my productivity.
