I have been using Google Analytics for a long time. It's a great tool, very easy to set up.
Salesforce is good. It gives us all the info we need. It is a little bit difficult to get used to, but once you get everybody on board it works well.
Slack is a good tool. It is a great way to keep in touch with what everyone is doing.
Zendesk is not very user-friendly but we are getting used to it.
Klaviyo is a cool tool--it gives us a lot of good data. It is also very intuitive.
We use Dropbox mainly for our photo shoots.
PayPal is OK.
Stripe is easy to use. It integrates well.
Gusto is a good tool. We are getting used to it. It is pretty easy to use.
We use Skype for video calls.
Calendly is good--it definitely meets our needs.
I love Asana--it it keeps everything neatly organized and allows me to track my team’s progress.
I wish the integration between Hootsuite and Instagram was better.
