Salesforce is really easy managerially. It is an amazing tool. Unfortunately, it is super expensive and you get locked in a contract. I wish it was on a month to month basis.

Zendesk is all right. We tried Intercom, but it was not robust enough. I heard good things about Help Scout, so we might give it a shot.
MailChimp is good for newsletters. We have used Intercom in the past but it’s really expensive at scale.
We are currently looking for the best tool to do app based notifications, but we still have not found one.
We use Google Drive because you can collaborate on documents. It is easy to use. I don’t like Dropbox.
QuickBooks is pretty straightforward.
Justworks is good. We switched over from TriNet, which I found really cumbersome. It was not user-friendly at all.
We tell everyone, even the people that apply on other platforms, to follow the link to apply through Jazz. We really like it.

We like Yesware. I used Clara, but I unsubscribed because it was not helpful. I ended up arranging all the meetings myself.
I love Trello. We used Asana but I hated it. I felt it was really hard to use and to understand.
