In the beginning we used Google Adwords, to measure the analytics trends. Now we have Piwik for any kind of analytics. It gives you KPI, bounce rates, number of visitors, visitors that joined, and logged in--it is smart enough to not count the duplicates. It gives you also general statistics and is installed in our servers.
pCloud started in Bulgaria in 2015 and we got a 60GB promotion. I cannot recommend it enough--it has a very user-friendly mobile app. You can invite specific people, collaborate and it is much easier to manage and more user-friendly than Google Drive or Dropbox.
We created topishare so that you can interact with your online crowd directly on your website. They also interact with each other which builds communities around your brand. It is used mainly by media as they are our target group for now but it’s also for organizations and businesses. They can create their own social space where users post, comment, and get notifications about your brand which ends users leaving your website any time they want to ask or say something. We use social media for branding our “let’s talk” button that opens the social space on the websites. The more people see you, the more likely they are to use you and we see it working. We also use it to brand our partner spaces.
We used to do promotions on social media but after looking at our analytic tools, we realized that we had many fake leads. We use Buffer sometimes but it is not our focus.
