Slack is great. We have several separate channels. Everybody is a big fan. It allows us to share docs, upload files etc. Sometimes it can get a little overwhelming since everyone is on it: offshore developers, business advisors etc.
Emma is our email marketing service. It has a very light approach. Email marketing is not one of our strongest areas. We are looking to work with specialists to increase our impact but we like our approach so far, as it has been very personal. We are looking to grow steadily and not to boost all at once.
CANDIS is a German company that makes accounting quite painless. It does the standard things like matching invoices with payments. There's still the odd bug--sometimes with similar figures, there's a mismatch, but it's a very good tool. They're developing quickly and the company overall is excellent.
Our billing is generally to large companies. We and they predominantly use invoices and money transfers. For smaller clients we use either Paypal or Stripe. Stripe is nice--it has a nice interface and is easy to use for our clients.

The card system that Trello adopted is something that I have been used to for a long time. Trello is maintained pretty well and they seem to add more and more functionalities as it goes. Trello creates a nice place for us to get an overview of where we are. We can easily switch boards and see what is happening in our different departments.
