We are using Google Analytics and Mixpanel but we are moving everything to Pyze. We are happy with it because there is no other platform that allows us to track customers on mobile, web and offline. They offer an end-to-end omnichannel experience.
We use Crashlytics for mobile app tracking.
We have Insightly and we like it so far. Our customers are big retailers and there are only so many of them and each has a different need. Our solutions are customized to each customer.
Slack is pretty good--people love it. Unfortunately with all these different channels, it is very easy to lose important information. It would be nice to have a search navigator across all of them.
Papertrail has brought great value to the engineering team buy allowing to us see, in real-time, the execution of our algorithms. Our code relies on communication and synchronization with external sites, and Papertrail allows us to quickly see, in real-time, if anything goes wrong.
Mavatar is a recipient of the Google Developers Startup Pack. This program allowed us to build and scale our platform on Google Cloud Platform efficiently and quickly. We are very happy with the platform and proud that Mavatar was qualified to receive such a valuable grant.
By providing a clean and unified interface for using SMS and MMS, Twilio has made it very straightforward for our platform to close the gap between online and offline using our proprietary interface and capabilities. To implement these functionalities, the platform has shielded us from the complexities of dealing with multiple different telecom carriers and having to deal with exchange protocols and various pricing models. We have a clean interface and unified pricing, for domestic as well as international.
Attach.io is a great tool to create presentations and get analytics from it. When you send the presentation, it tracks how many people viewed it and the time spent on each slide. Data analytics is very close to my heart and Attach.io provides good insights.
Asana doesn’t have a lot of the features that other tools have. It is a bit hard to create and track soft tasks. It is cheaper for startups. The learning curve is really low. When our business scales up, we may need to integrate it with more extensive tools. We hope that by then they will have added more features.
