We use MailChimp to send out our newsletters. I love it. We are still under the free umbrella. It is really easy to use and lets you build a good newsletter even if you do not have much time to dedicate to it.
We use Squarespace. We honestly adopted it because we saw the advertising but there are some limitations for using it with a subscription business. Overall, we are happy with it. I originally looked into CrateJoy but I did not like their pricing model. I think that if I was to use CrateJoy now, I would be spending hundreds of dollars more. But overall, it is a nice product and has a built-in CRM which is very useful.
Pirate Ship is our shipper of choice. They are pretty cheap and good. Compared to USPS, they do not lose boxes, and they offer two-day shipping at a reasonable price. We initially went with Stamps.com, but it was a big mistake. They are awful. They do not integrate at all with Mac computers and their pricing and service are really bad.
We use Amazon Prime because we purchase items to test before adding them to our boxes. It is good for finding new products.
