We use Zendesk for customer service. It is very easy to use--easy to add and remove users very quickly, which is very important for us. The analytics on phone calls and mail are great. It’s so well worth it.
We use Xero for accounting. We switched over from QuickBooks because we changed to Stripe as a credit card processor, and Xero had better integrations. I like it a lot, and we converted our bookkeeper to it.
We found our lawyer through LawTrades, a network that connects lawyers with startups. We have a complex structure, so I spend a lot of time talking to him and sharing Quip documents. It’s a great setup.
We are not using Stripe anymore. We started using it to take deposits, but we soon realized that we couldn't rebill the cards, so we switched back to Authorize.net. They are technically the processors, but Bank of America is the service provider.
We use Trello companywide. We love our boards, and ops is big on that. We got away from Asana because we feel that Trello is cleaner and more user-friendly. We have an internal board for the headquarter and every college has their own board.
